Is this an incubator? Do you take equity?

No. saltıs_ is a room with desks in it. No program, no equity, no mentors assigned to you, no demo day for investors. You keep 100% of your company. If you want an incubator, Malmö already has MINC and it’s good.

How much does it cost?

saltıs_ is a paid workspace. We don’t publish the rate publicly yet because the fit-out is still being priced. Get on the list and I’ll send you the exact monthly rate for a permanent setup.

Can I bring my co-founder or a small team?

No. The whole room is set up around one person per desk. The premise is building a 10-person company by yourself using AI, and that falls apart the moment there are two of you.

When do doors open?

The first desks open late September. Get on the list now and you’ll hear before they go.

Do I get 24/7 access?

Yes. Your access works 24/7. We know builders don’t always work 9-to-5, and sometimes you just need to ship in the middle of the night.

Is it hot-desking?

Absolutely not. You get a permanent, dedicated desk with an ergonomic chair. Leave your monitor, your mechanical keyboard, and your books. It is your permanent base of operations.

Where exactly is it?

We are located at Saltimporten, Malmö’s iconic harbor front. It is raw, industrial, and separated from the noise of the city center — the perfect environment for deep work.

I’m Rickard Hansson. I started coding on a Commodore 64 at 12 and sold my first piece of B2B software at 15, written in Pascal on my dad’s 286. No degree, no formal training.

Gainable is number six, and it’s the first one I’m building the way you’re building yours: AI-native, alone, with a stack that does the work that used to need a team of ten. It works better than it has any right to. It’s also the loneliest way I’ve ever built anything, and that’s the reason saltıs_ exists.

I still run Weavy alongside it, wired deep into Gainable’s stack, and I coach startups at MINC.

I’ll be at one of these desks too. Not as a landlord stopping by on Thursdays; as a tenant, in the room, shipping on the same Monday you are.
